    Payment Payments may be made online via a secure service or by phone using any major credit or debit cards. You do not require a Paypal account to use this payment system. Your card details are not passed onto any other third party.

    Flowers Flowers are perishable goods and are therefore not included in the 7 day ‘cooling off’ period applicable to other goods under the distance selling regulations. This means that once delivered, an order cannot be canceled or the goods may not be returned. The images shown on our website are a combination of our our own work and images from other suppliers, and they are typical examples of the work available to order in each category. We reserve the right to substitute flowers or containers, whenever necessary, with an alternative of equal or greater value and quality.If the substitution will drastically change the style of the product ordered, our designers will call you and inform you of selection options. During seasons such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, Flowers Xpress reserves the right to substitute a container or flowers of similar look and feel and of equal value for delivery.

  • Shipping & Delivery
  • All Flowers Xpress - Augusta, GA Florist local deliveries are made and delivered from our shop at 1046 Broad St., Augusta, GA. Since many of our items pictured are our own design, national and international delivery of these will not be probable. If we cannot find a florist in an area outside of our delivery areas to make the requested arrangement, we will call you and inform you of other options.

    We require the recipient's name, address, and phone number for delivery. Cell phone numbers are also helpful. On delivery to a hospital, it is helpful to have the name and cell number of a family member who might be with the patient.  When an order is being delivered to a work address, a note of the work hours is helpful. When a recipient is not home and our driver feels it is safe to leave the arrangement at the address, he/she will find a place to leave the arrangement, call the recipient and notify them of the location, and place a delivery card on the door or mail box of the recipient. When possible, the driver will go to a neighbor and leave the arrangement. If none of these options are feasible, the driver will bring the order back to the shop and await instructions from the recipient.

    Fees: A local delivery fee of $15.00 will be added to each order, for each address. Late delivery, For orders for same day delivery called in after 3:00, there will be $20 delivery fee and after 4:00 delivery fee will be $40. (For shipping dry goods products by Fed Ex, Brown, or Postal outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary and we will call you to make arrangements if the shipping and handling is more than the $10.00.)

    Funeral Homes: McNeil, Platt's, Elliott Sons, Thomas Poteet and Son, Poteet, C.A. Reid, Chance and Hydrick, Thomas King, Kinsey and Walton, Mays Mortuary; Napier in Graniteville, SC; Brightharp, Poseys, and Rowland in North Augusta, SC . 

    Delivery Cut Off Times: U.S. orders must be received before 2:00 pm in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. If time has caught you running behind, please just call us at 706-722-3277 and we will work with you to try to get your delivery out that day. For other orders, the delivery will go the following day, unless you state a specific date in the special instructions portion of your shopping cart.

    Timed Deliveries: We do not accept specific time deliveries, but orders going to schools, employees, and funerals will be delivered on priority basis. Funeral orders will be delivered approximately 2 hours before the funeral service. We will do our best to accommodate your specific needs.  During peak periods, such as Valentines, Mothers Day and Christmas, deliveries will be made between 8am and 8pm.

    Emergency Deliveries: We are available on Sundays and Mondays for funeral work only at 803-221-7773. This is a cell number, so please leave a message if I do not answer and I will call you back as soon as possible. Deliveries to Fort Gordon: We will not accept the order for delivery on base without a Street Name, Building Number or Name, and the recipient's Cell Phone Number. We do not deliver to any student dormitories.

    Cemetery deliveries: We must have the name and address of the cemetery, and plot information. We request 2 day advanced notice for cemetery delivery.

    International Orders: We accept international orders from any countries other than OFAC Countries: OFAC Country List Balkans Belarus Burma Ivory Coast Cuba Liberia Democratic Republic of the Congo Iran Iraq North Korea Sudan Syria Zimbabwe

  • Flowers Xpress - Augusta, GA Florist charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

    We promise to provide you with the freshest flowers, the coolest designs, and the most value for your money possible. Flowers Xpress prides itself on its excellent reputation for customer satisfaction, and we want you to be satisfied with the product you receive. If you have any complaints with the product you have received, then please notify us within 48 hours. We will investigate your complaint and when found to be genuine, a replacement or refund will be given.

    Because of bank processing, if payment was made by check or credit card, please allow 5 business days for the credit to appear back into your account.

    We will not accept complaints after 5 days of the delivery date, owing to the perishable nature of the goods.

  • Flowers Xpress - Augusta, GA Florist reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Flowers Xpress - Augusta, GA Florist will refund in 100% on orders that do not have customer satisfaction due to negligence on our part in workmanship, delivery, or freshness. (We have to admit, we are not used to giving refunds, but get many calls, emails, and letters of gratitude from our satisfied customers.)  

    Because of bank processing, please allow 5 days for the credit to appear in your account.
